How do I choose my size?

Our pole dance shoes follow standard sizing. Please consult our size chart before placing your order. If you are still unsure about your size after checking the chart, please feel free to contact our customer service team for a recommendation. Thank you.
How fast will my order ship?

We offer worldwide shipping. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary by country/region.
Are these pole shoes handmade?

Yes. Every pair of Pole with me pole dance heels is handmade with careful craftsmanship, built for pole training and performance.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense. Shoes must be unworn, unused, kept in original packaging and free of scratches, stains or damage. Please try on only on clean indoor carpet. Any wear from pole practice or outdoor use voids return eligibility. Custom sized or modified pole shoes are non-returnable. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to bank processing times.
Can I cancel my order?

Free cancellation is only available before your order ships. Once the package is dispatched, order cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to submit a return application once you receive your item.
