Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

✅ Eligible Items for Return
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, free from any signs of wear, marks, stains, or damage.
When trying on shoes, please do so indoors on a clean carpet. Any signs of wear resulting from pole dancing activities or outdoor use will render the item ineligible for return.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale / Clearance items: Returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are not accepted.
- Custom-sized or custom-modified pole dance shoes.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return postage fees.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled; you will need to submit a return request after delivery (Note: Custom-style dance shoes are ineligible for return or refund once the order is placed).
